The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily cleaning and water supplied to the room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of pools and a fantastic water park. The staff, led by the helpful and polite Mr Manolis Geronymakis, were outstanding in their service. The location was convenient, only a 20-minute drive from the airport.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The hotel is situated right on a beautiful sandy beach and also offers multiple stunning swimming pools. The Romantic Bar, with its view over the main pool, was my favorite spot. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of Cretan and other dishes to choose from. The cleanliness of the entire property, including the rooms, dining areas, and pools, was outstanding. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient transportation to various attractions such as a waterpark, kids club, and bars scattered throughout the resort.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were amazing, with multiple swimming pools to choose from and a beautiful private beach right down the beach. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices, including made-to-order eggs. The staff, especially Anna, were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to email requests for an infant cot and arranging airport transfer.
